Joone had enough money to produce it a long time before your contract was ever, and that is the problem.
The problem isn't that you don't wanted to resign with DP, and when I see what they are doing now, I'm glad to see that you are free.

It's really bad that it won't be a very good casting, because the film will be great I think. It will be the new contract girls Stoya and Adrianna Lynn, Katsuni, Shay Jordan, and the only one who I like very much at DP, Jesse Jane.
For males, it will be Evan Stone as Edwards, and Tommy Gunn as Stagnetti.
For sure it must be others actresses and actors, but DP didn't give all the casting for now.
Pirates 2 will be shot on April or May, and that's not official but it would be release in September.

But it's true, it would be better if you'd be in it, just because you deserve to be in this big movie, but it's not so bad. For me you had a great career with DP, I love all your movies and I think that you was right to not resign with them when I see what they do know... The most important thing is that you are glad and free today.

I'm a total ignorant in male perfomers, I don't know a thing about them, Tommy Gunn or Mickey Mouse it's the same thing for me.
